Membership access NFTs
I don’t fully understand how it works, so it must be hot.
Membership access NFTs might open some free airdrops, some early accesses to investment rounds or some investment results. This might be seen as some kind of stocks?

Land NFTs
Sandbox & Decentraland lands doing pretty well. I now get proposals between 2.5ETH and 3 ETH. I bought them around 1000$ between 2018 & 2021, so it’s a pretty good ROI.
I get some proposals for some of my OVR hexes, but they are not interesting yet, and my goal is not to sell but to rent them or use them for non financial goals.
Domain names NFTs
I got no proposals for my DNS either .eth , decentraweb, decentraland names or cryptovoxel names extensions yet, neither for some art NFT I own.
