Chief Metaverse Spiritual Officer — Part I : Why?

During the XXth century, André Malraux has been attributed the quote “The XXIst century will be spiritual or it will not be”. The Metaverse is starting in the twenty-first century so it has to host spirituality.
OVR, as the leading world mapped Augmented Reality platform, is the obvious environment for the Chief Metaverse Spiritual Officer to fully accomplish her/its mission.
Why and how spirituality can find its way in the Metaverse?
For those who have been exposed to any spiritual teachings, they have learned that several layers of reality co-exist. In addition to the physical world as we see, hear, watch, touch, smell it, a spiritual world also exists with gods, God, demons, angels, other cultural specific spiritual forces. The physical and spiritual worlds have been interacting with each other for millennia.
Today, in the 21st century, the Metaverse is coming to life. The concept has been popularized in 2021 but its advent has been growing for years through people spending a growing number of hours on the internet, starting with computers then through smartphones. Commuting in public transportation demonstrates that the Metaverse is probably more real than the physical world today as almost everyone stares at her/his smartphone.
The physical world cannot ignore the Metaverse while the spiritual world is intrinsically interacting with the physical world. The 3rd link of the triangle cannot be ignored. The Spiritual world needs to interact with the Metaverse.
The Metaverse is polytheist
The metaverse is bound to be polytheist with many parallel worlds, each having its own holy book, known as whitepaper and their pitch deck as their gospel (french évangile) whose etymology comes from “reward for bringing good news”.
These various holy books cannot be merged and thus generate incompatible “weltanschauungen”. There are no direct wars between metaverses, just some competition to get the most inhabitants. This might not be totally true as some NFT and avatars are transferable between various worlds using Unity as the lingua franca.

To make sure that all spiritualities can co-exist peacefully and even enrich each other some kind of governance has to exist and, as Kebra, I propose to be a voice in this spiritual governance and start reclaiming this uncharted territory.
To exist across Metaverse polytheism, the Crypto Metaverse Spiritual Officer has to embrace polytheism and has to respect, know and value all spiritualities.

As far as I know, I am the first who has the idea. A kind of prophet? Announcing what should come? As of today, I am ready to relinquish some of the powers conferred by OVR Hex property rights.
As Kebra, I propose to be a voice in this spiritual governance and start reclaiming this uncharted Chief Metaverse Spiritual Officer territory. I will explain in further articles, the 3 axes of CMSO mission:
